    Marketing Materials in Welcome Packets

    Want to reach incoming residents and new soldiers? Participate in our Welcome Packet program!


    Our welcome packets are provided FREE upon request at the Chamber office, water department, local apartment complexes and new incoming soldiers. The packets contain our visitor's area guides, helpful phone numbers, a Junction City map and local businesses’ information and marketing material.


    This program is designed to help YOU market to Junction City newcomers by giving you first access to those moving or interested in our community. Participation in the program is limited to Chamber members only.


    Listing in online Chamber Business Directory

    What better way to promote your business than by having it placed onto the Chamber website! Our website generates approximately 2,000 to 3,000 consumers a month! Visitors can search the business directory by category, keyword or alphabetically. With our new software ChamberMaster, you can update your business listing which will automatically make those changes onto our website and allow you to create your own online brochure (e-brochure) page on the chamber’s website which can include your business description, hours of operation, location information and up to eight keywords (these help identify your business when a website visitor does a keyword search on the Business Directory). In addition, you can add job postings, hot deals (community or member to member discounts and/or coupons) and events onto our calendar.

    Additional Marketing Opportunities

    Upgrade your business listing to stand out in the crowd! We offer additional features and services with our Enhanced Chamber Membership (ECM). Our enhanced membership includes your basic membership features (listed above) in addition to providing a visual and dynamic look to a members’ listing or e-brochure featured on our chamber website. Additional features include:


    Enhanced E-Brochure:

    • 8 photos in slideshow
    • 1 YouTube video
    • 5 highlights or bullet points

    Along with these additional interactive features, staff will assist in keeping your listing up-to-date with fresh content. They will work with you to update contact information, add information about your business and/or representatives, schedule times to take photos and video and will upload everything to your e-brochure on the chamber website.
