Financial Partnership: Step + $25 per million in deposits (capped at $3000)

For Financial Institutions. Charges will be determined by deposits
made the previous year at the local branch(es)  ie: 2019 billed
via deposits in 2017.  Financial Institution Partners are eligible to
upgrade to any Step and/or Enhanced Membership.
